There’s nothing more gratifying for philosophers like us than getting out for a chat with other thinkers. As part of Culture Days, this weekend we’ll be running two different philosophy activities in our hometown of Milton, Ontario. The entire First Ontario Arts Centre Milton will be abuzz free, family-friendly things to do on Saturday and Sunday.
Little Thinkers are invited to join us for a Big Questions scavenger hunt on Saturday, September 30th at noon. Find us in Bateman Studio 2, and put those fantastic little brains to work. We’ve got prizes for any kid who completes the hunt, and they can enter our launch contest for even more goodies!
We haven’t forgotten the bigger thinkers! Teens and adults are invited to try speed philosophy in the Delridge Room on Saturday at 1pm. We’ll be trying our hand at questions about art and beauty. No previous experience in philosophy is necessary, and yes, we’ll have treats for grown-up participants too.
